Waste sales and marketing job I recommend every one even if u get opportunity to work as paytm PSA don't do that job it is waste job not giving proper incentives

Worst company to work with.No one should think to join this organization ever.Bad culture, people don't know how to speak.Only people from HDFC Bank are being welcomed because they can shout

Too much work

Work life balance is not good. Too much work. Deadlines are always tight, and expectation is you'll deliver in these unreasonable timelines which means you'll need to put extra hours.

Working at paytm

In short i worked very hard during my 1.5 yrs at paytm but there was no growth, besides low salary, and was refused to be transferred to other departments. Even management did not listen to my concern. I worked from 2016-2018 and the once who were working at that time all left. I left peaceful on good terms but was never considered again to work for paytm i applied multiple times though.

You have a job that's the only pros.

Low job security, low salary, high hours of working.

Productive

Happy to be associated with Paytm. Had a great bonding with my seniors and the management team, learnt a lot. Gave me an opportunity to take ownership of things and deliver works on time and get recognition for the same.

Working experience at this job

I'm working here for about 2 years.I had a great experience but in this I had issue related to do work out of the station...because every shop doesn't locate near me....because of that I have to go many other cities to do my work

Such a disgrace company to work.They have no time to provide services to the merchant and merchant were angry on you.Not clearity of salary.Not a certain date of salary credited.And salary were not credited in Bank account it comes in Paytm wallet.

Paytm is very big oppertunity for exprience in sales.

Fast learning .

Good growth in term of finance.If you perform you will get rewards.ESOPs are given. Quarter rnr happens. Goodies are provided . Cab facilities is not there.

Learning Opportunity are enough like startup

There is learning opportunity at paytm but all works happen in fast way. for the fresher there is much possibility. I am working as Site Reliability Engineer here and it's my best decision to join Paytm
