Compensation is fair but no benefits
Technician (Current Employee) - Pittsburgh, PA - June 8, 2020
The job itself can be repetitious and often the schedule is busy/overbooked so it often means 9-hour shifts with no break-- two days of the week 10+ hour shifts are normal-- it's a salary position. There are few dull moments from start to finish and customers who aren't seeing results can be difficult (and many). The management is mostly helpful but not extremely understanding of what goes on in the front lines, they also have a limited background in C-level positions so there is a lot of "knee jerk" decisions that are not thought through and often create more issues than they solve.
The sales side of the company is a problem no one wants to solve so the employees on the medical side are held accountable for their mistakes and forced to fix them for the sales team. Sales guys are held to an entirely different standard and their turn over is astronomical. Some locations have turned over 10+ sales associates.

If you can’t sell, you will not like this job. Very fun culture but it’s about advancement and money in the long run.
Sales Representative (Current Employee) - Ferndale, MI - November 3, 2019
Apply with caution. You will not prosper fast unless you have a trainer who doesn’t steal your sales from you like mine did to me. I needed 2 sales for my bonus and he has indeed stole 2 from me. Otherwise I’d have 3. So essentially I can’t pay my bills because he’d rather look good himself. I gave it 2 stars because they are fun to be around. Your team is cool, but other than that, you will be in control of your fate here. So if you can’t sell, you won’t make a dime.

Very Discriminatory Company
Account Care Representative (Former Employee) - Calabasas, CA - September 25, 2018
I was very profiled and dismissed by this company for racial reasons. I did not pursue any legal counsel but in hindsight I really should have and it would have taught the company a lesson. Management and their training tactics are subpar compared to other companies of like kind. Very gender based as well.

Management
Senior Account Manager (Former Employee) - Atlanta, GA - March 1, 2018
What was a thriving and competitive company was ruined by poor selection of upper managers. A large percentage of sales managers and sales people quit and went to competitors because of poor management decisions and unrealistic demands.
Pros
Fun went to stress
Cons
unqualified managers
