Salary increment not upto mark. Average increment around Rs1100. Sometimes if you fall short for increment because of 2-3 days, they won't even consider appraisal. So you will have to wait for next appraisal cycle i.e 2yrs for appraisal.They will cancel your holiday in the name of work exigencies.you can't even take off after a national holiday as it will consider it a sandwich leave. No national holidays

If You're fresher then this company is okay in someway but you have to do work in pressure sometimes you have to do overtime and yes you didn't get paid for it even if you're ill condition they didn't care they just need they work whatever happens to you...but Managers are Awesome they can understand you especially Rajat Sir in Applications department.

The salary package is very low. Management is very bad. Food quality and quantity are bad in the cafeteria. But it is good for learning and practicing. I have learned a lot from Pearl Organisation.
