Awesome company culture and best place to work. Competitive compensation and very good benefits. Very good work life balance. No extra hours of work (based on projects). Salary hike is purely based on performance. Really good informed management and managers would help with your queries as best and quick as possible.

Good work with some latest microservice and cloud related work. Very low pay and low hikes compare to similar company.

It used to be a good place to work but in last one year the work culture and pay both went below par. The hike percentage is very low mostly in single digits which causing a huge salary gap between existing employees and new joinees.Work life balance is also going down.

Work can be demanding as they have multiple releases, Production issues rotations are very stressful as team has minimum human resources, No good salary hikes, A lots of cost cutting is happening

Work at Pega

My career started in Pega. I joined as a Fresher and within a month studied the Product and completed the first level of certification on the Product (CSA). After a year took up the second level of certification (CSSA). Work life is well balanced. The Product Pega is very user-friendly and well developed to meet business requirements.

Fun place with a vision

The company is poised to grow and is a great place to work for 3 years. The place is fun there is an excellent work life balance. But work will get monotonous after a while. If you are a high flier the USA office is good , that is where the HQ is located. CEO is a great visionary and works very hard to make PRPC a world class product.
