High Learning experience

Good company to work with..potential to learn and grow is very high...for CFS i.e customer facing side, the pressure on sales is bit on the higher side..rest of the factors are pretty cool...

Everything is Average Job is not secured over here in sales there will be alway uos and down but people interactive never considered that they just want to person perform each month which is not possible according to me in sales department it should not be happened.

I personally would like to say about india today group is very good platform for beginners because i have learnt many things related to professional world as being a customer service associate i have learnt how to handle the situation with customers with having different queries and different scenerios, If i talk about management of india today group which is upto the mark or so because they taught me how to dealt with or in this professional fraternity. And i would like to share the workplace culture as we have different culture or religion employees are working but we never feel as we are from different culture or so we worked like a family and that is the most enjoyable part in India Today group.

Its a good platform to prove your skills.

Pleasant Work Environment & Highly Professional

The Management is very supportive in all aspects. It provides all support one needs for their growth & development. My Managers have groomed me well for Customer Service industry. A typical day at work includes a few meetings with Customers, a few daily Sales reports. Co-workers are helpful, and very experienced. The most enjoyable part of this job is it lets myself interact with Customers which I like the most about Hospitality Industry.

Organisation is OK.. Can work for it, but only thing is too much of sales pressure and even need to work on Sundays. Thats all nothing more to worite.
