The collaborative way staff work together is really different to most agencies, especially within IT recruitment. It means clients and candidates get a really transparent and honest service. They treat their staff incredibly well and the incentives are second to none!
As my first role in recruitment I was working as a Delivery Consultant resourcing candidates for a variety of roles within IT.I learn the basics of recruitment from using job boards and databases, and was developing on skills in networking and headhunting.I was calling candidates and pre-screening for a variety of roles and finding out what the candidate really requires.I thoroughly enjoyed speaking to candidates on a regular basis and developing rapport and enabling trust.
