Persistent is a Good company to work for. Company has a good culture. Although the compensation could be much better. The salaries are usually low, especially if you are in the organisation for long

No projects

Management is unsupportive, often belittling employees. Long hours without recognition or fair compensation. Team dynamics are strained; constant tension and lack of collaboration. Office politics rampant. No work-life balance. Genuine concerns ignored. Overall, an unhealthy environment that hampers growth and well-being

This company is a nightmare

I'll recommend everyone to not join persistent. You will face same situation like me. One day you have job. Another day u don't have and you don't know the reason also.

Nothing pros, they will give expensive gifts but they are not able to give you project to work on.

They won't be able to place you in a project and suddenly it will become your fault, and you will know that you are under performing

I've been working with Persistent System Limited for 3 years, and the experience has been exceptional. They consistently deliver top-notch IT services and have exceeded my expectations in several ways. The team's technical expertise and problem-solving skills are truly impressive.I wholeheartedly recommend Persistent System Ltd to anyone seeking reliable and expert IT services. They are a great partner to have, and I look forward to continuing our collaboration.

Good place to work

Everything is good about this place except the pay. Managers are good. Your voice is heard and you will feel extremely valued. But they will not make any efffort if you resign. They donot retain its employees.

Not a good company to work

1. Job Security - You may lose your job if you are on bench for even 1 month.2. You may not receive any increment for for 1.5 years. They do not consider employee for increment if you have joined after September. So, lets say if you joined in October 2021 then your 1st increment will be in July 2023 which is 22 month later and there is no mid term increment.3. Shift allowances are very low.4. They deduct salary from your CTC for providing food in campus. The food is very simple vegetarian without any menu option. Many employees prefer eating outside even though their salary is deducted for food.5. HRs are bad and do not reply to your queries.

Training programs

Job Security, Late and less increments

It is a good to start your career. you will learn lot of things. overall projects are good. Cons that I will say is that no good increment and your ctc includes meal and insurance for 40000 which is to much.

Great work life balance

Work life balance is good.Short term projects.Longer bench period.Company isn't good for higher package employees as their client base consists of startups who can't afford higher rates.Company should really focus on attracting good clients who appreciate the talent persistent has.

Not that much good workplace.

Manager lie to their colleagues, and also pressurised their colleague. They have never given leaves without argument.Worst HR's of Persistent I have ever seen in my career.

Managers are worst ever

Managers are involved too much into politics and literally gives too much pressure, as quoted by the manager, "Do not treat this as a 9-5 or 9-6 job, you need to work atleast 12 hours daily"

Not happy. Give any project. Testing jobs to developer. Also provide night shifts.

Not happy with the shift. Give any project. Testing jobs to developer. Also provide night shifts. No clear and no direct communication. Anyone will come and give you any task when you are on bench. Create organization chat. Create this and that.
