No projects
Software Engineer (Current Employee) - Nagpur, Maharashtra - October 22, 2023
Management is unsupportive, often belittling employees. Long hours without recognition or fair compensation. Team dynamics are strained; constant tension and lack of collaboration. Office politics rampant. No work-life balance. Genuine concerns ignored. Overall, an unhealthy environment that hampers growth and well-being

This company is a nightmare
Software Engineer (Current Employee) - Kolkata, West Bengal - October 14, 2023
I'll recommend everyone to not join persistent. You will face same situation like me. One day you have job. Another day u don't have and you don't know the reason also.
Pros
Nothing pros, they will give expensive gifts but they are not able to give you project to work on.
Cons
They won't be able to place you in a project and suddenly it will become your fault, and you will know that you are under performing

Not a good company to work
Engineering Lead (Current Employee) - Bengaluru, Karnataka - August 6, 2023
1. Job Security - You may lose your job if you are on bench for even 1 month. 2. You may not receive any increment for for 1.5 years. They do not consider employee for increment if you have joined after September. So, lets say if you joined in October 2021 then your 1st increment will be in July 2023 which is 22 month later and there is no mid term increment. 3. Shift allowances are very low. 4. They deduct salary from your CTC for providing food in campus. The food is very simple vegetarian without any menu option. Many employees prefer eating outside even though their salary is deducted for food. 5. HRs are bad and do not reply to your queries.
Pros
Training programs
Cons
Job Security, Late and less increments

Great work life balance
Engineering Lead (Current Employee) - Pune, Maharashtra - July 18, 2023
Work life balance is good. Short term projects. Longer bench period. Company isn't good for higher package employees as their client base consists of startups who can't afford higher rates. Company should really focus on attracting good clients who appreciate the talent persistent has.

Not that much good workplace.
Technical Support Lead (Former Employee) - Pune - July 14, 2023
Manager lie to their colleagues, and also pressurised their colleague. They have never given leaves without argument. Worst HR's of Persistent I have ever seen in my career.

Managers are worst ever
Snowflake developer (Current Employee) - Pune - June 27, 2023
Managers are involved too much into politics and literally gives too much pressure, as quoted by the manager, "Do not treat this as a 9-5 or 9-6 job, you need to work atleast 12 hours daily"

Not happy. Give any project. Testing jobs to developer. Also provide night shifts.
Lead Software Engineer (Current Employee) - Bengaluru, Karnataka - June 17, 2023
Not happy with the shift. Give any project. Testing jobs to developer. Also provide night shifts. No clear and no direct communication. Anyone will come and give you any task when you are on bench. Create organization chat. Create this and that.
