Not a good company to work

1. Job Security - You may lose your job if you are on bench for even 1 month.2. You may not receive any increment for for 1.5 years. They do not consider employee for increment if you have joined after September. So, lets say if you joined in October 2021 then your 1st increment will be in July 2023 which is 22 month later and there is no mid term increment.3. Shift allowances are very low.4. They deduct salary from your CTC for providing food in campus. The food is very simple vegetarian without any menu option. Many employees prefer eating outside even though their salary is deducted for food.5. HRs are bad and do not reply to your queries.

Pros

Training programs

Cons

Job Security, Late and less increments

Good for fresher

It is a good to start your career. you will learn lot of things. overall projects are good. Cons that I will say is that no good increment and your ctc includes meal and insurance for 40000 which is to much.

Great work life balance

Work life balance is good.Short term projects.Longer bench period.Company isn't good for higher package employees as their client base consists of startups who can't afford higher rates.Company should really focus on attracting good clients who appreciate the talent persistent has.

Not that much good workplace.

Manager lie to their colleagues, and also pressurised their colleague. They have never given leaves without argument.Worst HR's of Persistent I have ever seen in my career.

Managers are worst ever

Managers are involved too much into politics and literally gives too much pressure, as quoted by the manager, "Do not treat this as a 9-5 or 9-6 job, you need to work atleast 12 hours daily"

Not happy. Give any project. Testing jobs to developer. Also provide night shifts.

Not happy with the shift. Give any project. Testing jobs to developer. Also provide night shifts. No clear and no direct communication. Anyone will come and give you any task when you are on bench. Create organization chat. Create this and that.

Awesome environment

The overall environment while working with persistent system was too good. All managers are supportive. Fresher can learn more things here as compared to other companies.

Stressful workplace, W-L balance suffers due to it

It's an OK company to work for if you don't have better options. HR is wreck and there is no proper structure to raise your concerns. Management is bad and abrasive (bordering on abusive).Proper Salary hike, What's that?

Pros

New technologies to learn (sometimes)

Cons

Bad HR, Bad Management, Bad Salary Hikes

Stressful, degradation

Not a good env to work. People with no knowledge are given preferential treatment and promotions. People who work are treated as nothing and on raising point you keep on getting targeted.
