Enjoyed working here but wanted to relocate closer to home, the job entailed flying to numerous satellites of which I maintained I also led teams, ran emergency exercises, ordered spares created and implemented isolations. Purging and pressure testing focusing on safety critical elements to eliminate the risk of MAH's.
Typical day starts as planned, but is governed mainly by your lead. I learned how to work in a mnc framework, working under someone, The hardest part of job was to meet the deadlines as it was expected to finish too early which is not possible in real life scenario.
Good salary package and working conditions
LOng working hours and workload. Job is not secured if you don't have refernce
It may sound terrible or partisan, but listing all the negatives will sound like complaint box. so let me give the positives first: If you are a local resident and have can handle mediocrity, this place may suit you. If you are "do-er" and not an achiever, this place is right for you. If quality of work is not of paramount importance in your parlance, this will be the best place for you. Hardest task is to take seniors into confidence for the most basic things as most of them are naive. Severe compromises on basic fundamental engineering. Bottom line is that there is nothing to cheer about working here.
salary on time
long hours, poor work life balance, no space to even sit, computers whose configurations are less than modern smart phones, indecisive management
The company offers great opportunity for employees to learn and grow. The company has created a niche for itself in the oil and gas market and it's a great opportunity for employees to be associated with Petrofac brand. The overall working culture is positive and management is approachable and supportive.
Great learning and growth opportunity
Salary is lower compared to other companies
