Please stay away from this organization. This organization is filled with back biting people and people in key leadership positions at the country level, department head level and executive leadership level all take part in this sick culture to pursue their own agendas. It is a very toxic working environment where anyone that is perceived as an intellectual who is trying to do right by the company and has innovative ideas, will be shot down because of their own job insecurity perceived. The workplace is very intimidating and if anyone gives suggestions/questions a person in a leadership person, even though the suggestion is correct and is supported by evidence the local HR, Country Manager, Department Head and Executive Leadership will perceive it as a threat and will back stab you at any chance they get. Harassment is rampant at all levels and if a complaint is raised against a senior person, it will be swept under the rug without a second thought being given by HR and HR will rather blame you in return so as to set an example of such a complaint not being raised again. HR initiates trainings such as POSH but when the inherent culture in the company is of deceit and harassment this is all just a façade. I would recommend that you stay away from this organization, they will lure you in with good salary but your work life balance will take a nosedive and the intimidating working environment is just not worth it. Better to hone your skills elsewhere.

Working Environment is Bad

The Working environment is not conducive for productive work and career growth to take place. There is no work-life balance, and no appreciation for your work either. The inherent company culture is of deceit and from the badgering managers to harassing HR, it is a complete hostile working environment that feeds of negativity. Department Heads do not recognize your work unless you butter them up, Country Heads and HR Head are a cesspool of politics and blame games against employees, and the overall company culture is detrimental to an employee's well being. Stay away, far away from this company. Focus on your own career growth and skills, as you will not get it in this company.
