Never take the risk to join Philips if you are hungry to work and grow, it is the slowest company I have worked till date. De is ion making process is concentrated to head office only and you are completely dependent on practices in the name of policy
Day starts with coordination for stock alignment with Supply Chain/Key Account Managers for the Purchase Orders received/pending Deliveries. Then followed by promoter productivity/attendance/Stock requirement with Team Leaders. Store Visits-Promoter Hygiene, Brand visibility, In-store Execution, Activity, Service, Sellout. Distributor weekly order/payment follow up. Way of Working of Large Fromat Stores/Modern Trade,Distributors. Team Handling, Negotiating with local & regional buyers. Supportive. Stock alignment of short supply models, fill-rate, Promoter recruitment. Store visit, In Shop Promoter Training sessions

Everyday is a new experience in my present organisation. Full of opportunities & Challenges. Self Driven Approach & Always Focussed towards respective KRA's. Meeting clearly Defined Operational Sales numbers & Receivables are real challenges . Representing Big Brand always gives an Edge over others.
