Poor Management

My observation based on my 2 years of experience

If you are a developer you can still learn and feel happy about some things. The moment you reach a stage where you need to interact with senior executives you will not able to work happily or have a sense of achievement. They are very quick to make personal attack humiliate and will behave unprofessionally. HR has NO powers when it comes to complaints about the Senior executives. Also Photon is not a employee oriented company, has very poor employee benefits. I would NOT recommend this company to a friend.

Good company to learn technologies. Good Salary for employees. But it has worst work life balance culture. Need to improve on employee management and other benefits provided to employees.

Not a good place to work

No good learning for technical people. Deep micro management. Working hours is hectic. No cafeteria facility. work life balance nil. Employee benefits is null. 9 hours to be clocked in working area apart from lunch and other breaks.
