Long working hours

I didn't join Physics Wallah after getting an offer letter. The offer letter did not mention anything about the work schedule, notice period, leave policy. They were not even talking about the working hours. The management seemed very amateurish. They won't disclose important information like your work timings and then would ask you to work for 9-10 hours a day, when asked why the information isn't disclosed in offer letter, they would tell you it's not important. This company is not transparent,Period!

All good rating helps you for knowing company well.I love to work here and i really found this job very interesting in terms of there vision any working culture i like most.But due to working hours around 13-14 hrs a day no overtime pay also. i am not able to continue this job any more it is effecting my home and personal life and on health.
