very POOR for IT nothing to learn and forward everything to vendor wihtout adding any knowlsegde to if you doent want to learn go ahead!

Not so much fun in the Udaipur CFA don't know about much for the other CFA in country

I have an 1.5 years of experience in that company, they are not really supportive and does not given any notice to throw you out. the office politics is very much due to the management people. Some of the people does not know about the HR rules and regulations there which is very important for the girls as well boys too. The company CFA in Udaipur, is may be little bit low for the time management as well week off which is not appropraite accordingly. i would not preferably tell anyone to join this workplace where there is no notice period to remove directly, because of your personal work.

When I started Pidilite 7 years before it dreams comes true feel am so happily working in pidilite but last 2 years company goes to slightly wrong way.. unethical target pressure and work environment goes slightly bad..

Its very much productive & friendly working place,people really admire working with Pedilite.

Overall all is well* But some how I felt other colleagues are not supportive to post created & my position in that.*I don't get any treatment of collegue where as I feel it as I am a junior in experience with 0 value ,as per treatment of colleagues,e.g.when I got promoted to specialist ,these guys disclosed this news after 3 months in the group.*I expect a friendly some responcible treatment from scieniors,but we don't have communication for progress of group rather than festive wish in group*Before Diwali I booked 10 workshops but they didn't provided supplies in expected time giving reason of insufficient supply due to high demand emplimented to cancellation of workshops.*At two colleges again I again taken a front lead to book Artist in me workshop but due to no scenior visit for the same concern the topic dissolved in the air*I had seen this happening with other but with in this year I faced the same.Ultimately that might result in my demotion & thats what they want to be happening.*At the institute Where I booked workshops ,they were asking the center head do you want any other faculty,we have someone other?,they can make a publicity for the PERSONAL ORGANISATIONAL FASHION SHOW BY showcasing as if its a Pedilite Activity but in my zone they denied to visit & fix a scienior authority meeting giving escuse that booking workshop is only responsibility of a teacher, where as same person was recommending a fcp teacher for workshop booking at Aurangabad.*Hope God would would be seeing this all & he would help me out !*I believe to follow my duty first & neglect all -

Okay okay

Nice place to work lots of learning but no career growth for front line staff. Only Management trainee got higher position and gets new roles every 2 years. But one can see frontline staff working on same level from 1-20 years.

Pidilite company provides a good quality of products which increases the interest and faith among customer and suppliers. It includes basic products used in household and for commercial purposes at wide variety therefore preferred by customer.

System Driven

The organisation on an overall level is open to ideas and would want to discuss with you. But certain geographies can be challenging and you can have the worst manager possible under the sun. It does have very clear partiality for certain people. It is a good place to start your career as it has some of the best brands.. definitely a lot to learn.

I am chang 4 company in my career.But Pidilite is the most in this 4 company.All employees are very simple.Systematic working .But TSR posts salary is not satisfied me.

Stressful

Limited resources and unlimited work. Everyone is expected to work for long hours. There are no benefits as well. Yearly increments are minimal too. Leave ASAP.
