Fun work place

It was very awesome working in Piramal Swasthya. Top management level are very nice and always come forward if you are facing any issue. I would recommend every one to work with this organization.

It was good for learning.

Company deals with health related problems. I have learn how can manage customer as well as how can speak with customer. In our company our management was supportive with us. In piramal work culture was good.

Good environment

Good environment, friendly nature with coligus, management is fair. 15-25 calls handle inbond and 25 calls outbond to ASHA or health workers. HR gives various games and activities, lectures of experts

There is No job security,and there is No career growth and financial growth but work satisfaction is good No transport to come office very less salary increment

Everything is good

Overall it is good to work, since it is an NGO there would be no benefits apart from salary. Some internal politics were a headache, process need to be updated.

You are made to conduct camps on yourself No basic amenities provided no support from the management Salary is different for same education and experience Be sure before joining the organisation.....

Piramal Swasthya is an organization where you will feel the vibrations of Piramal Values. It is a great place to learn and implement innovations. There is a great work life balance.

Medical CSR activity by MCL.

MCL had given 40 villages to PSMRI to provide medical free of cost. A Doc., 2 Sisters, A pharmacist, A DEO and A Lab Tech. was go to that villages and provide free medical checkup and medical by PSMRI.


Free Breakfast and Lunch


8 hours duty.
