I have joined as Yes bank relationship manager. Working with this company I feel secure, we do fun activities every month. Target is not much as compared to other sales companies. I enjoyed working here. My upper level managers are supportive. They encourage us to work harder as well as appropriate of our work everyday with gift surprises. Thanks

Worst management

The company as no control over.. It depends on HPCL management. The HPCL staff treat u as slaves. .. They keep on threatening the staff to make HPCL employee work get easier.. Zonal manager are totally dependent on HPCL and they won't support plada employees.. No Ta n Da. All u have to spend from ur pocket.. Worst company ..
