Excellent platform for teachers.

Planetspark is an excellent platform. Work culture is excellent, there is proper work life balance, The Counselor and The Managers are very helpful and weekly meetings and all are conducted to look into and solve teachers problems. Events and different features like sparkx,sparkline, word wisdom etc are very innovative concepts .Students find these features very interesting and are actually learning a lot from it.

PlanetSpark is a very good place for teaching the communication skills and public speaking skills to desiring candidates. The curriculum is well designed and students get desired results from course and activities in due course of time. The course is sbased on online interaction of students and teacher on a scheduled basis.

I have been committed to the PS team for the last 10 months and so far the experience is good. Things cannot be perfect every time, there are highs and lows during work but one should not lose hope and trust the process, team & organization. For the first 2 months, the work environment was good but after it became unhealthy and strenuous. The managers were not co-operative and made us work late hours. There was no flexibility in work hours. The salary was always late.

This is the worst company ever. If you are planning to join this organization, then don't join. You'll regret later.

Worst company ever. The office timing is not fixed at all. No weekends nothing. They will give you too much work load so you have to work for all 7 days from 10am to 2-3 am. Job security-They will fire you at any time. If you'll not complete the target in any week. They just put you under PIP and after that they will terminate you. Management- This is very poor. No proper communication with higher authorities. Don't join this company ever. They will always do fake promises with employees regarding promotion and hike but at the end they will do nothing, only they will terminate employees. If They will hire you as an intern, then they can't credit your salary on time. They can shift you in any department in middle of the month and then terminate you. This company is the trap. Worst worst worst worst company ever.
