It is a to say about this Postgraduate Institute. It is hard get an entry although I entered with my first attempt in 1988. Although the curricula were tough, I still believe it to be the right way to get through. Teachers, seniors and other colleagues were excellent. learned life savings skills and clinical examinations in three years of my tenure. The best place to learn and implement your skills. efficiently managed emergency cases and counselled about the various diseases. it has a very healthy atmosphere for practicing .

It's an apex institute in the country for health care and research. Highest possible patient care is provided. All doctors and hard working, knowledgeable and skilled in their profession and devote time for high quality researches and projects for the benefit of patients.

PGIMER is one of the best institute in India

for postgraduate degree community medicine it is best among india. even better that AIIMS. one can get exposed to multiple health posts and a variety of patients. Family medicine ,epidemiology health management and health economics are also best. learning by doing is the best policy of this department. doing thesis is the hardest part. after exam next 2 months are the enjoyable period .
