• After receiving the RFQ/ Tender, Prepration of Tender review, and Draft estimation and submitting the same for Mangement Approval, After finalization of Price Bid Preparation and submission of tender. • Followup and updating of Tender status on a weekly basis. • Arranging the Kickoff Meeting (KOM) to identify the Site Manager and Site Team and to discuss about the project input resource requirements and their deployment to site for at least 1 to 0 months of the execution • Upon Receipt of LOI/WO Prepration of Work/ Manpower, T&P and Mobilization schedules. • Submission of BG’s and Mobilization Invoices to Customer and follow up for Payments. • Understanding the Contractual terms and conditions and correspond to client time to time if any deviations occurred. • Maintaining Records of the site like Daily Progress Report, Monthly Progress Report, Delay Analysis, Monthly Bill Register, Recoveries statement and any other reports. • Maintain the Interdepartmental Relationship for the common achievement of site needs. • Contribute to the Company/Project Profit by the optimum utilization of resources. • MIS reports preparation and records for the Management submission. • Follow up of Funds collection from the client so as to maintain the positive cash flow at site. • Involve in closing of the site as per the contractual terms and conditions. Power Mech Project Limited Job Profile (Stores Management) Maintaining the stock of material without any variance by conducting stock verification and documentation. I am working with main function of Stores activities for receipts, Handling, Storage, and Preservation, issuing of materials and maintaining stock in SAP system. I am also working with HSD (High Speed Diesel) Preservation, issuing of materials and maintaining stock in SAP system. I am also knowledge about ABC analysis of materials Purchasing, Storing & issuing of materials. Storage Systems ODC (Over dimension Components) materials directly unloaded near the location Other materials unloaded as per Store layout with proper identification TAG Rejected/Damaged materials shall be maintained at separate location.
