Pristyn Care is really a good startup with 600+ employees.It was really fun working with the team at the beginning but after 6 months it was horrible.We don’t even get free time even in week days & on festivals.We even worked during the pandemic Covid-19 lockdown for sustaining in the organisation.Coming to the work life, the day starts at 9AM and ends at 9PM but after that also will be getting calls from different hospitals in midnights and early morning depending upon the emergency and requirement.IMPORTANT NOTICE: Don’t join the organisation if you have any health issues as you will not get time at all to take care of your health.If you are married or if you have any family responsibilities then also don’t prefer this organisation at all.

Good company with good work but will not recommend it to anybody else.to make personal and professional balance is very difficult no fixed timing and week off, they might ask you to work without week offs at times with no valid reason

It was quite challenging part of the job and more internal politics and more extended hours which were not paid for the employee on his shift hoursAaaThe second part is the freshers are allotted or join as the business developers the experience candidates are joined as executive now which and where the business developers will put on their works to the executives this was very bad part of the job which I have ever seen
