Toxic Work Culture at Vicks Ahmedabad Plant
I interned at Vicks Plant Ahmedabad, one of the most toxic work places it is. I thought that all the companies are like this, but when I switched I saw a significant difference. They made me work tiringly and even after completion of my projects I wasn't converted to full time role. You will not get any support from your mentors. I felt I was not at all worthy when I was doing the internship.

This is a social work for village areas school girls for uses sanitary pads. So excited working hourse .Our team work get more benifits for the company and girls also. It is a daily travel job forout side of Lucknow we get more epirince for about those girls problem and discuss how to our company give hizine protection and safty for those days .This was a great work and a new experience for a field and a great chance to get improvement in those life and to get target for convance that they why use thise napkins .For those girls it is a very big think and they not want to talk about on this topics for thier system

Manufacturing is not ideal for a college graduate, but for a married person, P&G provides amazing stability. They don't take your preference before allocating a department which is a bummer and its hard to switch internally
