Don’t Work Here If You Plan To Move Up.

Indeed featured review

The most useful review selected by Indeed
I came in thinking I’d eventually be promoted. Never had that problem before. Maybe I expected too much. There is a lot of favoritism for specific people. Management does not care and only wants to see their goals being met and not about your overall health. A professional manager would want you to succeed. They don’t even directly communicate with you when you were promised a promotion and they decide to back out. There is absolutely zero professionalism in the place. A side has it a lot better than B side because they are considered part of HR. It’s not an equal environment.

Pros

some great coworkers, use of headphones, Pto

Cons

management does not promote, not inclusive, favoritism is constant, uncaring
