Please don't join this dark hole if you want a good career and respect your career. Only lickers and buttering will survive in this company. No one is bothered what you do to look for improvements in the company. They have their pet dogs and will do what dogs bark. The leader sitting on top has no sense of respect for the time of his team.

Most pathetic and ridiculous company I have ever worked with bunch of liars in operations and when you ask a question they have got just one answer put down your papers and walk away they are wasting precious time of people after wasting 3 or 4 months of an employee they will tell you to work according to them do not say a word else walk away wasted 3 important months of my professional life

Very poor higher management

It's basically a few hands company. Operations manager command over the whole company. If you are a good licker only then you can survive. No personal life left in your time.

No shift or fixed working hours. Imbalance client coordination.
