It was Covid time during my tenure and Company tried all possible ways to help their employees and keep them Salaried. There were time to time meetings arranged in which company CEO and top management used to explain measures they are taking to keep people employed during difficult times. Overall it was good experience.

Pros1) complete flexibility regarding working. Company doing whatever they can to give complete flexibility to employees. 2) Visionary CEO :- Nigel leadership is biggest plus for PS. He has great vision and understanding of industry and at same time he is on ground and meet everyone whenever he can 3) Improved work life balance:- work life balance has improved much in past 3-4 years. 4) great Learning culture :- so many tools and coursed available for learning. Money is never issue for learning in PS 5) Open culture:- Very open culture. PS have no cabins all leaders meet people and you can say anything to leaders without fear and they are always welcome diverse point of viewConsnone I can think off.
