Fun workplace to work at.
A typical day at Pulp Strategy starts with sharing the deliverables with all the stakeholders of that account. The day at office is full of insightful brain stormings, bringing out the best work at the table, delicious team lunches and some really helpful and amazing people to work with.

Too much of micro-management by the CEO
The CEO is a very moody woman, one day she'll shower all her love on you and the next day she may not even respond to your 'Good Morning'. She likes to boss around and micro-manage everything that shows she has a lack of trust when it comes to every single employee. She is fond of women but could be very biased when it comes to male employees. Also she can ask anyone to leave the company without any prior notice or compensation. The salary structures are very skewed and there are salary deductions without any explanations or salary slips. They can make or break any rules as per their convenience.
