Work culture, work life balance are excellent but salary is mildly lower than the market standard. Job security is also great. The MD of the company ensures that people stay there forever.

The work ethic is great and there is importance to every team member's opinion. Always there will be a helping hand, great team support. Work- life balance and compensation could be better. But overall a good place to gain experience in the industry

It was an average place to work on

All most each and every day was challenging because i work with timeline and see that dossiers are always done at a perfect time, management is good and could be better, have a good relation with my co workers, initially to started my career in Regulatory affairs it was challenging i accepted it went on to build my career in that field now where i am feels me good and satisfied with the work i do today.

Regularly there are events were my team head takes out for lunch on occassions.

I follow a policy right on time to office and right on time to leave, my motto is late hours at office means i am inefficient

Productive and Learning Environment

A typical day at work comprised of me visiting the doctors in my assigned territory and promoting to them the drugs manufactured by Pulse Pharmaceuticals and also educating the advantages of drugs of the organization to the doctors and other medical professionals. I was also part of the Launching team of our new drug XTRACAL which was a Calcium supplement formulated with vitamins and nutrients for enhancing skeletal health.One of the primary things which i learnt was that you have to keep yourself constantly updated with the latest developments in the field of medicine in order to stay ahead of the competition. I was also able to polish my presentation skills as i was required to organize conferences and studies data to the medical professionals regarding the drugs of my organization.The management was very supportive towards me as i was a fresher who had just graduated from College. I learnt a lot from my Field Officer as part of my job was accompanying him on his visits to the doctors and observing him promoting our drugs.I used to get along very well with my co-workers as it was very essential for us to work together as a team to promote the drugs thus contributing towards our personal growth and success of the organization.
