Worked in Pipeline, Tankages, Telecom SBUs for 2.5yrs. A major observation: If you work as a team you will exist/servive, and if you keep yourself away you will be site transfered first. Chamchagiri here also exists to jump up in hierachy ladder. Poor appraisal system
The chairman needs to essentially revisit & enforce things to get the organization out of chaos of once a great EPC major companies in India.
There's much to the organization to grow ahead but lacks aggressive leadership.
Company is good, however maybe the department involved was very less on opportunities and advancement.
Salary delays and increment were poorly managed.
This was a work place like a home.
And colleagues are there were as family members.
I got a lot knowledge and support here.
It given me opportunity to learn many time.

The source full workplace, every discussion or work seem to be fun and learning, the management was great every items of works was in proper channel, I have seen Punj lloyed Ltd. doesn't compromise in quality of work. So a smooth channel in Quality control seem to be in proper from production to execution.My co-worker were cooperative and brought minded, Great workplace.
 Punj Lloyd Limited is one of the largest engineering construction company in India providing integrated design, engineering, procurement, construction and project management services for energy industry and infrastructure sector projects.

The company always have the best and efficient employees at the hihgest level.
The company gives job opportyunities to both experienced as well as fresh candidates.
Facilities provided to the employees are good but it can be further improved.
Everyday is a challenging one, that make employees strong enough to compete with the other MNCs.

Difficult working in offshore projects..looking for proper onshore projects
I learned about mechanical critical piping. Its management system is good.

It is a great experience working with PLL.I joined PLL as a GET in 2010 and working for more than 3 yeras i learned a lot as a team leader.Project execution,quality control & specification with client proficiency.
A typical day at work is as normal as anywhere else. There are hard times when the situation gets uneasy to handle and the solutions are invisible, but at the end of the day everything gets adjusted to the right place, thanks to the team sprite of the employs here.The most enjoyable part of the work here are the challenges that are robust and they shape a logical thinking to the employs.Overall its a good place to learn and get yourself equipped with experience that are sure to hold solutions of many situations that one may counter in further part of one's carrier.
