Workplace culture
It depends upon the manager. How the manager balances the work culture in the branch. How he/she takes up the activities and divides them among staff for smooth functioning of the branch

Worst place to work
One of the worst organization to work with. Upper management will never support you. The HR policy is totally wasted here. There main focus is how to increase profit of the bank.

it was good working at this bank
it was good working there. biggest advantage is job security. salary is good . Hikes are good as per govt of india noms. Disadvantage is it is highly transferable job. You will ask to work at very remotely places that too very far from your home.

stressful environment but cooperative colleagues
Poor management for employ related issues. Mismanagement at upper branch levels due to which staff at branches suffer. Poor online services. Poor work culture but good work ethics. Fair pay but overtime not paid and more stress is given on quantity of work rather than quality of work. Time spent with colleagues was really nice.

Good
I began my career with punjab and Sind bank in 1998. And I am still working in this organisation. My overall tenure of working with the bank is very good.
