If you want to learn from scratch this is the place to learn and grow. I have learned management skills, time management, problem-solving, how to be a perople person, working on the vision of the company by taking various initiatives, head hunting, etc. Workplace culture is very overwhelming and employees have been working there more than 25 years. The company management is the second generation and they are ready to hear their people and take them along through the journey of the company.
