Good experience and exposure. Rich clientele. Skewed work life balance. Increments for people who are top talent, is really good. Year-end bonus is not extravagant.
Excellent work culture.Do your best. You will be rewarded.Be ready for multiple assignments and a bit of traveling.Great place to work . Please follow the companies etiquette.
Experience at PwC was overall good with a wide variety of consulting projects. Not for people who are averse to traveling and to remote areas as it required a lot of travel especially to developing cities and towns in remote parts of India. HR system is antiquated and inefficient.
The Starts early with lot of work pressure and new work lined by the top management . You need to schedule your work properly since support from the management is little. that way a good working place.
management not supportive
PwC as a friendly Organization to work. My director and partner both are quite good to work along with the HR team. Except few people below the line who cross the limit all are nice people to work on. As environment I have enjoyed my tenure with PwC.
Good financial growth, good work culture, Director and Partner are good
Few Managers do unethical works with personal intention
The organisation has good mix of people but has somehow not been able to capitalise on the talent pool available for optimum utilisation and quality deliverable.
Job security and employee friendly policies
Lack of diversified project opportunities
Excellent place to learn and deliver in pressure situations. Enough training opportunities for self development. Working hours can get hectic however remote working provides flexibility.
