Less pay than market standards. They feel like home. So flexible, employee friendly. Work life balance.they are big brand.you have to adapt everywhere
Work is competitive. However, it is an excellent place to grow and learn. One has to forget personal life and commitments in order to work effectively here. However, it is compensated by the learning opportunity that the company presents.

PwC India has very poor culture. No defined working hours, poor HR processes and lack of good management. There was lack of transparency in project allocation or work assessment.

The company provides quality work but forget about learning new things no in-house training on new technologies. Depending upon your relationship with your reporting manager your growth trajectory gets defined.
Respect for Work-Life Balance and Strong and sound fundamentals.
Although the employees may not seem as flashy as the other big4 counterparts, some of the most knowledgeable and hardworking people work here.
