Once a great place to work, but just a rat race now with lots of over time, no personal life.

An organisation that had paid 80/- per patient during COVID. While they focused on investing on marketing, the HR says it’s to prevent layout/firing at least. Patients are expected to 20k to 40k and force Physio to sell ergonomic products. While the the Physio are paid in peanuts. The only good thing is they invest time and efforts in training their staff every year, level wise.

Just okay okay

First it was all good..now it changed alott..U need lot of documentations knowledge.All good specially staff. Pressure abt d work is not there bt u need to be accurate as u cn b blamed fr any goofup tooo.
