I have been a part of Qi Spine for 5 years now. It's definitely a place to look forward to for growth, knowledge and more challenges. It has shaped me into a fine PT then what I was before.

Insights into Qi Spine Clinic
What people like

- Overall satisfaction
- Ability to meet personal goals
Once a great place to work, but just a rat race now with lots of over time, no personal life.
Senior Spine Consultant (Former Employee) - Delhi, Delhi - January 12, 2022
An organisation that had paid 80/- per patient during COVID. While they focused on investing on marketing, the HR says it’s to prevent layout/firing at least. Patients are expected to 20k to 40k and force Physio to sell ergonomic products. While the the Physio are paid in peanuts. The only good thing is they invest time and efforts in training their staff every year, level wise.
Pros
Continuous learning opportunities, Approachable director, CEO and director of clinical operations, Patient centric and they make sure patient gets better anyhow.
Cons
Working Lunch, Pay much less than CTC, WhatsApp as primary source of interaction they have many groups and texts are receive even at night

Joyful environment, with supportive team. But Unstable management.
Administrator (Former Employee) - Faridabad, Haryana - October 10, 2018
Joyful environment, a very loving and supportive team. It was like an another family. Best job of my life till now. I learnt a lot and have a great time ahead. But no job security. The management is not even think once while giving any shocking decision.
Management is very unstable. Lot of people joined and leave qi very sudden. Because of huge pressure and unstable system. Treatment is good, but more over focused on revenue generation.
Pros
Leave policy is good
Cons
No job security, unstable system

Yes it is very productive working in Qi Spine.
Spine Consultant (Current Employee) - Faridabad, Haryana - February 14, 2018
I started working in Qi spine last year in January 2017, the doctors here are well educated and trained ,and the methods we used here are absolutely beneficial for the patients who are having spine problem. Working culture and environment is good here, it is like a Family now, but if i would talk about job security ,i think Qi spine is lacking in that criteria, they should give one their job security too.I must say Everything is good in Qi except this thing.
Pros
Good promotional benefits plus good job culture and methods
Cons
No Job Security

ZPRM (Current Employee) - KARKARDOOMA,NOIDA,BANGALORE - July 29, 2017
Salary is not up to the mark and less growth chances in admin/pr profile.
Doctors are more of the invloved in trackers rather treating the patient well!
Pros
Just 8 hour duty and very good leave policies
Cons
Less salary

Fantastic place to work and opprtunity to grow
Centre Head (Former Employee) - Mumbai, MH - July 21, 2015
Qi spine is a good place to work. On a particular day would be seeing 7-8 patients a day with a 45minute time slot.
I was able to pursue Mckenzie and also have given the credential exam.It was complete hands on of manual therapy so got lots to learn.
Management is very good and co-workers also very good.
Hardest part of the job managing the whole clinic as the center head while seeing patients and admin work. The most enjoyable job be able to see patients getting better and staying better with the help of Mckenzie and core exercises.
Pros
Good place to learn and sharing of knowledge
Cons
becomes a bit stressful
