Qi Spine Clinic
Qi Spine Clinic Employee Review
Once a great place to work, but just a rat race now with lots of over time, no personal life.
Senior Spine Consultant (Former Employee) - Delhi, Delhi - January 12, 2022
An organisation that had paid 80/- per patient during COVID. While they focused on investing on marketing, the HR says it’s to prevent layout/firing at least. Patients are expected to 20k to 40k and force Physio to sell ergonomic products. While the the Physio are paid in peanuts. The only good thing is they invest time and efforts in training their staff every year, level wise.
Pros
Continuous learning opportunities, Approachable director, CEO and director of clinical operations, Patient centric and they make sure patient gets better anyhow.
Cons
Working Lunch, Pay much less than CTC, WhatsApp as primary source of interaction they have many groups and texts are receive even at night

Senior Spine Consultant (Former Employee) - Mumbai, Maharashtra - June 3, 2016
Too much work load with no benefits.
Get to learn alot but no management skills.
Exploitation of the employees.
Just revenue centered.
No job satisfaction and not concerened about employee satisfaction.
