Very organized , disciplined and systematic work environment. You get to learn a lot during the course of employment here. Although sometimes salary maybe a problem for some, everything else you learn from here makes you better.

Pros

Good Learning, decent salary, positive work environment. Happy team.

Cons

Only spine oriented, the exposure to other cases clinically is much less

It was very fortunate to work their as a team member,however;the company has it's own plan of treatment but you also get the opportunity to learn alot about different approaches of treatment.

Everybody has equal chance of growth .

Salary somhow is the area of concern.

I started working in Qi spine last year in January 2017, the doctors here are well educated and trained ,and the methods we used here are absolutely beneficial for the patients who are having spine problem. Working culture and environment is good here, it is like a Family now, but if i would talk about job security ,i think Qi spine is lacking in that criteria, they should give one their job security too.I must say Everything is good in Qi except this thing.

Salary is not up to the mark and less growth chances in admin/pr profile. Doctors are more of the invloved in trackers rather treating the patient well!

Just 8 hour duty and very good leave policies

Too much work load with no benefits. Get to learn alot but no management skills. Exploitation of the employees. Just revenue centered. No job satisfaction and not concerened about employee satisfaction.
