While joining the pay will be good. But if you are under wrong manager then he can make your like horrible.Initially they might pay well but they will marginalize over the years.

pros:1. Dynamic work environment2. Learning curve is steepcons:1. pay is less for the work expected2. Work-life balance.Overall its a good company and I learnt a lot while working for it.

Good work and environment.

Work was fast and good. There were peaks in work. Sometimes the days were free and other times overtime was required. Little bit of politics was present. Flexible work hours.
