Very nice workplace with some very smart people.

Most of my tenure in Qualcomm has been enjoyable. I had learnt a lot about handling high pressure and stress, working efficiently etc. It provides flexible working hours and work-from-home option when needed. The most taxing part was dealing with "visibility" issues and an incompetent manager.
