Filled with filthy politics ( particularly indians)

Stay away from hyderabad qualcomm branch, if you want to grow or learn. Only positive thing is salary and job security.Bad work culture, scrap work will be assigned if you are from non-IIT ( irrespective of your skills).Most of the groups filled with cheap politics and lacks professionalism.One has to be street smart if he wants to grow ( technical skills not much required )

I am new to Qualcomm will let you know later the details however , currently they have free food and free cab service + other policies like insurance and policies are good

Stressful place to work

Working at Qualcomm is so stressful and too much of workload. You feel very low sometimes due to aggressive managers who suck employees blood.You will have to work for atleast 12hrs in a day and more often one need work during weekends as well.

This is a good first company if you want to get into the MNC world. The pay would seem okay at first but soon realise it way below industry standard. WLB is heavily dependent on teams, and most teams have pretty bad wlb

Good place to work

Good place to work. It is a flexible job with benefits and lots of opportunities. During your time their you get to meet a lot of interesting people and also attend interesting events and seminars. There is a lot you can learn from the people you interact with and also the experience you gain working for qualcomm. All in all this can greatly influence your later personal growth and also give you good work experience for the future regardless of what you choose to pursue.

Productive workplace where you get built up

My internship was in India, wherein 3 months I was transformed from an undergraduate college student to a full-fledged company employee with product goals and deadlines. I learnt a lot of very important technical skills that I use even to this day either prepping for the internship or during the internship. I have a lot of good memories regarding this place and Qualcomm will always have a special place in my heart

It's great start for fresher to work at Qualcomm.It also depends on what role you are into and also the manager to whom you report.They highly encourage to explore new technologies and domains and will allow internal sliding if the employee has enough competency.
