Work was fast and good. There were peaks in work. Sometimes the days were free and other times overtime was required. Little bit of politics was present. Flexible work hours.
Loved working at Qualcomm, the benefits, employee engagement and workplace culture are much appreciated.
It has zero tolerance to workplace harassment, it is employee centric organisation.
Good place to work. It is a flexible job with benefits and lots of opportunities. During your time their you get to meet a lot of interesting people and also attend interesting events and seminars. There is a lot you can learn from the people you interact with and also the experience you gain working for qualcomm. All in all this can greatly influence your later personal growth and also give you good work experience for the future regardless of what you choose to pursue.
My internship was in India, wherein 3 months I was transformed from an undergraduate college student to a full-fledged company employee with product goals and deadlines. I learnt a lot of very important technical skills that I use even to this day either prepping for the internship or during the internship. I have a lot of good memories regarding this place and Qualcomm will always have a special place in my heart
Fun fulling culture , options to explore new opportunities but very less support from the management , company needs to hear more to the employees rather then the managers

Good for learning. Fast paced, very demanding. You have to watch your work like balance. Good recognition, good payment, tech savvy company. Spend lot on R&D work. Quick decision from certain management people.
