QK is good company to start your career, having multiple options or profiles from which you can switch in between your tenure.The managers in my tenure are good but while salary and benefits I observed slow progress. In terms of job culture, the offsure is good work place however it depends on the client you got allotted to.

A day at QK starts with a refreshing cup of drink followed by a stand up call which helps in allocating different tasks for the individual in a day. QK has taught me how an individual performance helps in self growth. Management at QK is quite subtle as each and every individual knows his/her job and they act accordingly for the best outcome which indirectly benefits the organisation. The workplace is pretty chilled out and have a good ambience which helps in reducing stress if any. The hardest part of the job is when workload is to that extent where there is no personal space left. The most enjoyable part of the job is each day brings something different along with bunch of good colleagues.

Too much Stress and politics , greedy people and no work life balance. They can call you late in 10 PM and even at 6:30 AM in the early morning . No training given , and the given job doesn't match your profile offered. Higher management is not good at all , Working hours are 14 hours daily...and no extra pay given

Worst company to work

I got stuck there because of my circumstances at that point in time. The only way to progress there is by saying ‘yes’ for every mindless inconsiderate work practices followed by management. There are no employee benefits whatsoever. Avoid if you have an option!
