Overall experience is good.. Not so bad. As I was working in a bank always got the salary on time. There is no problem in it. This is a 3rd party who offered manpower to other companies. Salary package is low as compared to other companies

Work culture & environment is up to the mark. Payment is on time but deducts maximum cash from salary claiming as a part of it as mediclaim even if submission of proper documents is done from my end that I already have mediclaim of some other firm still they deduct it from salary.
