12 hrs working a daywork is better issuemanagement is good culture is some punjabi some another but all is best.no any type of hardest work in this workim enjoying my work im intrested but money problem compny not increase any type of benifits .

Work and salary Increment

I m stared job in may2019 in ahmedabad branch they hire me for neem and naps division they offered me same salary which is my last company salary i joined because this is very well known company but after 2 year they give me salary increment of 500 inr in monthly salary and told that don't tell any one Some Managers are good and supportive and some managers look only like some recruiters are maids for this company worst thing for this company is they give PL 20 to 23 per year but when we ask for leave they can not approved if i want leave for 5 days for personal reasons they approved only 2 daysalso they can not settlement pending paid leaves in FnFalso when your in resignation period they act that we don't need you.Company is good you can learn many more things but some seniors and managers are very worst on way talking as well.IN appreciable they promote me as a teamleader on condition basis condition is that u have to achive your target 80% in month for 5 month then we give revised offer letter as a team leader if you r not able to do then ur designation is as earlier which we offer (recruitment Consultant) Out of 5 I give 2 rating only

promises and commitments are not fulfilled.no increments and no promotions.will not recognise or reward your work. asked to managers work but never consider you as manager.issues and disputes are not setttled properly.if you speak your point, then you will be blacklisted.as i worked in kerala, the regional manager behaved as if he is copying hitlers era.very disappointed with the way i was treated
