The day starts with a cup of tea, and ends with Samosa and Jalebi. It's a fun loving place to work. I gained much knowledge about the radio industry and the culture of Punjabi Music. I give 3 out of five in management. Sometimes it is difficult for us to work in system. Hardest part of the job is the deadline. But Mirchi says that you take your time, but the work should be done within the promised deadline. FUN with RESPONSIBILITY : The Motto of Mirchi.

The most flexible workplace

Mirchi is an incredibly flexible workplace in terms of work timings, culture and it doesn't really feel that you're in a corporate. However, doesn't mean that people don't mean business. You have to achieve your numbers month on month if you're in sales and there'll be pressure to push you. So, best of luck

Client interaction is the best part about working with Radio Mirchi . One gets to meet knowledgeable people . These kind of interaction gives immense learning experience . Team Work , Creative thoughts , Negotiations , Creation of Media plan, Execution of 360 degree campaigns are few of many leanings. Management is supportive and non biased . Mirchi has open door policy which makes it easy for the employee to raise their concerns highlight themselves ,seek help in closing large value businesses. Work culture is very flexible. People are extremely friendly and helpful . Competitive environment runs in the organisation.Peer pressure is high . Sometimes negotiations part becomes tough whereas working for launch campaigns is super exciting. It is such a fun organisation with regular outings and parties .

The company focuses on final work done and then makes it sure that the employees enjoy their lives too in their own means.This helped me in gaining confidence as i could work and not compromise over m own personal life. The workplace culture has as such no tough boundations. The most enjoyable part of job was the activities and events that were done like Mirchi Movie Night where one builds personal relations with the client also and provides them satisfaction by providing the best in the activity.
