I had learn this opportunity from this company, people / some management there for utilize people only for critical and developing stage. Once take over, then thinking - why we run the show with 2nd line staff with minimum salary budget?
Quality / training concern, how? where?. They may use existing rule with style, development, documentation record method and negotiations. Like BRITISH rules and method, life style in INDIA follows. Just think, now British people ruling our country, all we have tremendous knowledge with free foreign country VISA and we developed in all aspects.
Suggest:- Encourage not only junior staff-young blood they are moving around! Middle and Senior Staff also encourage, support for good work, training, and work motivate to others.
Listen to Employees problems. and trying to solve the problem.
