Working with LE spoils u a lot, but its fun and great to work with. Fixed shifts, fixed offs on weekend, Though Biased management. Rest all is clearly good. Work from home culture is what we need these days.. So here it is

It's work from home so flexibility is there that's it

The management is bad, they can fire you at any time and the job is not not stable , but because it's work from home they kind of do a a lot of cost cutting but pay a higher salary but that is at the cost of second or third hand systems, will make you cry for a simple laptop, very cheap low grade health insurance, management will give you work that realistically won't give the company any business and they will keep telling you that you can lose your job at any time, thus unless no other company is giving work from home and you need the salary then work, just warning you, it's a not quality place to work in.

Pros

Salary is slightly better and work from home

Cons

Poor management, bad insurance, poor technologies, old school softwares and they treat you like a number.

It would be the worst mistake of your life. Managers will make you work overtime without additional pay, they underreport time worked. Nobody knows how things work. They are typical bpo with 0 sense of work-life balance. benefits are nonexistent. They threaten to kick you out even for the slightest of things.

Makes you work for 10 or more with paying over time

I was not told that we will be working for 10 hours a day and if the team target is not achieved for the day Team Leaders and Managers make for sit for one hour or more on daily basis without paying over time to the agents.

Pretty Satisfying

My experience at Radius Global Solutions was pretty satisfying. I learned a lot and I trained, coached and mentored close to 500 individuals. I successfully ran various projects (including C-SAT) projects and team development projects).

Salary good but people bad

The salary package is far better than many BPOs, the incentives are very good as well and subject to a lot of eligibility criteria. The management and the HR are pathetic. You don’t have any liberty to do anything unless you’re an excellent performer. Job security s not at all there, however it’s more based on one’s will than skill. Long leaves are not at all given.

The monopoly of leaders is what Radius is all about, it means there are no hard & fast rules, things can be taken care off. I have never found myself looking at the clock since the environment is so work-friendly.
