Company is going on back wards for salary and fooding expenses. Old and experienced staff getting less salary from New and freshers. Salary increments is very poor.

Nobody is there to chase the progress since 4 years Salary is unbelievable delay since 5 years No staff motivation but brain storming of how to deduct the salary of the staffs is the main motto of company since 2 years Salary is not hiked properly but pertialty is the main priority since 2012

I remember, on a particular day, I worked with some officials from Bangladesh Railway till 11.30 PM. One of our Directors, stayed in office till 11.30PM only for me and drop me at my residence.I worked in several department of Rahee Infratech, like Production dept. of Railway Points and Crossings, Prod. dept. of Wagon, Prod. dept. of Industrial Fan, Quality Assurance etc. and learned a lot about production process, QA, ISO system etc. working under a good management and with a good co workers like a family. never found any hardest part of the job. I enjoy a lot working in all the department, most enjoyable part was Industrial Fan div. because, every day I found new job on the basis of new design.
