It isn't as good as it is supposed to be

The appraisal and salary are not rewarding as it is supposed to be. The college has full support for the students rather than the faculty member(s).

Teaching is a good profession,Teaching will give you a platform to share your passion and expertise with others. As you study to become a teacher, you'll also have the opportunity to further hone your skills and develop advanced training. Over 2 years of experience,I enjoyed with workplace culture and motivating students to achieve high. Becoming a teacher will also allow you to play an active role in inspiring others. As you share your knowledge and attention with your students, you'll influence who and what they become – not only in the professional realm, but also personally.

Fun work place

Full-fledged of freedom for staff to work in their departments. Learned computer based soft skills. Resided at City outskirts and 2 Saturdays working. The most enjoyable part of the job, monthly staff meetings on the last Saturday of every month

fun work place with supportive management. not all the timings...motivate, encouraging management. technically strong and very good cooperation between faculty members.
