All the staffs and management are very co-operative. Each and every one meets in the canteen room for lunches. Every year all the staffs go for a visit with the families.

Ramco inustries limited produces fiber cement roofing sheet, It is fully process plant having hydraulic system,pneumatic system,pump,gearbox and machinery etc..
Responsibilities:-
Maintaining preventive, predictive, breakdown maintenance.
Analyzing trouble shooting of machine problems.
To handle manpower capability.
