Ramco Industries Limited Management reviews

Developers are given no respect here. Management does not care about Employees under them. Some even work for 60 hours per week. I myself worked for 86 hours one week.

* typical day job - have to complete with other department help if required .* believe learned - do the job sincerely at your with full of work knowledge.* management - should be good with care / facilities to the active employee* culture - uniform; punctual; no slang , fixed date of salary,*hardest part - have to keep patience when difficulty arise.* enjoyable part - appreciation after finishing

exceptional case for long hours. Office hours should be fixed 8 hours with 30 minutes lunch bereak

Worst place to join

In simple terms, Ramco Chennai office is driven by bad leadership team. Those who are ready to kiss management's "you know what" can only survive there. They don't provide any amenities, less pay, variable pay will not be paid, appraisals don't happen regularly, work load will be too much that people get burned out everyday. HR is useless. Joining this company will only make your life miserable in any way possible.

Not a very happening place

This company is very focussed on approvals process rather than business. Even for a small expense approval from CEO is required. IN fact to set up your email address on your phone also the CEO's approval is required. Very strange
