Infocranch मे काम करना मुश्किल है ये कंपनी बहुत गलती व्यवहार करती है एम्पलोयी को धमकाना अचानक से उसको राजीनामा देने को लगाना इस इस तरह की अनुभव infocranch मे रहा है

Fun work place

Its myntra company. And its so good in my life. And its work so professionally and very exciting brand also attached. Like mango bebe noutika. I am recommended for all new friends who wants to build a career in retail.

Very stressful and no hikes

The managers and team lead are not at all supportive. We have to beg for a single leave. Level of pressure at work is very high. Targets are too high, it takes more than 14hrs to reach for an average speed labeller.They increase targets but no hikes even after 2years service.

Opportunity to Learn

My payroll is from randstad but I’m stationed at employer’s headquarters.. the work quality is really good here and exposure to knowledge and other contact sources are more.. great place to learn and start your initial career.

Worst Place to work

Worst Management , trying from last month August 2022 and still following up for the merger of my PF accounts but still the issue is not resolved. For Exp letter and pay slips they took a very long time. they took more than 4 months to give me my papers. worst company to work with.

It was fun working with randstad.

I personally like the the work culture out there and satisfied with the stipends they offered to me but i didn't find my job much challenging enough to continue working with the company but the overall employees and the seniors were very helpful and supportive in providing any kind of help needed while doing our jobs.
